Tough love

There's a reason that MICHELIN's been racing and loving it since 1891, just a few years after the company was founded. Testing in the world's most difficult races puts our tyres through gruelling punishment and lets us push the boundaries of tyre technology.

The ultimate endurance track lab: Le Mans

The 24 Hours of Le Mans is an unforgiving and exceptionally complex 24-hour race. Victory is sometimes decided by seconds, and tyres play a critical role in the highly variable conditions.
MICHELIN's Total Performance philosophy allows us to respond to the changes in weather and asphalt quality during endurance races like Le Mans.

We're Passionate About Rallying

MICHELIN is a key player in international events like the World Rally Championship, the Dakar Rally and many more. Rallying is not only incredibly exciting, but also an instructive venue for testing tyre technology.
The challenge of working in different conditions, and with different partners and drivers gives us valuable insight and permits the development of exceptionally versatile tyres.

Formula E: a fresh challenge for a new era

MICHELIN is now the official supplier of the new FIA Formula E Championship, the world’s first fully electric racing series.
The first season will feature 10 teams with 22 drivers, pushing the boundaries of technology.
The best part?
Since the motors are silent, they’ll be racing in city centre circuits, bringing the spectacle to the masses. The future of car and racing technology is now!
